Vacancy Announcement: Invited Lecturer in Corporate Finance

ISET is seeking an Invited Lecturer / Course Instructor in Corporate Finance to teach undergraduate courses in ISET’s Corporate Finance sequence during the upcoming academic year.

The lecturer will teach Corporate Finance 1 (Fall semester) and Corporate Finance 2 (Spring semester). The courses cover core and advanced topics in corporate finance, including valuation, investment decisions, cost of capital, capital structure, payout policy, restructuring, and financial modeling, and are aligned with the CFA Program curriculum.

Language of instruction: English
Workload: 30 contact hours per course (2 hours per week over 13 weeks + 4 exam hours)
Format: In-person teaching at ISET

General duties and responsibilities:

  • Deliver lectures and other teaching activities for the assigned Corporate Finance courses;
  • Prepare course materials, practical exercises, case studies, and assignments;
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback;
  • Incorporate practical applications, financial modeling, and valuation into teaching;
  • Coordinate with ISET academic staff on course delivery and curricular alignment.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in corporate finance, investment banking, financial analysis, valuation, or a related field;
  • CFA Charterholder statusstrongly preferred;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling;
  • University-level teaching experience and/or relevant professional training experience;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
