ISET welcomed a new cohort of Master’s students in Economics and Finance at the beginning of the 2026–27 academic year. The incoming cohort includes 15 students joining the MA in Economics and 15 students joining the MA in Finance, marking the beginning of their graduate studies at ISET.
The new students were welcomed by the Heads of the respective programs, Dr. Nikoloz Pkhakadze, Head of the MA in Economics Program, and Dr. Teimuraz Gogsadze, Head of the MA in Finance Program, together with ISET’s resident faculty and administration. The welcome meeting provided an opportunity for the students to learn more about academic life at ISET, and to meet the faculty and staff who will support them throughout their studies.
ISET’s MA in Economics is the only internationally accredited Master’s program in Economics in Georgia, while the MA in Finance is Georgia’s only CFA Institute-affiliated Master’s program in Finance. ISET warmly welcomes all 30 new Master’s students and wishes them a rewarding and successful academic journey.
