ISET had the pleasure of hosting representatives from TBC Bank, who introduced their paid internship program and highlighted the career opportunities available to students.
The event was formally opened by Gvantsa Murghvliani, Head of the Human Capital Management Department at TBC. Her remarks set the stage for an engaging discussion in which TBC team members shared their perspectives on the internship program and its role in developing future professionals.
The panel discussion featured:

- Salome Tkeshelashvili – Head of Communications and Customer Experience for CIB and WM
- Nutsa Abazadze – Head of External AI Interactions
- Lela Topuria – Head of Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition
A special highlight of the event was the participation of Nika Kvashali, a fourth-year ISET student who now works at TBC. He shared his personal experience, illustrating how the internship program provided him with a valuable entry point into the professional world and set the foundation for his career.
