ISET Hosts Delegation of German University Leaders in Georgia

On March 31, 2025, ISET welcomed a distinguished delegation of 19 rectors, presidents, and senior representatives from German Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) as part of their information visit to the South Caucasus. Organized by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the visit aimed to strengthen international academic cooperation and explore potential partnerships with Georgian institutions.

During their visit to ISET, the delegation received a comprehensive introduction to the institution, its academic programs, and its research initiatives. Director of ISET, alongside Lead Economist Davit Keshelava, presented an economic overview of Georgia, providing valuable insights into the country’s economic landscape.

The discussions touched on various aspects of higher education collaboration, including student exchange programs and double degree opportunities.

ISET remains committed to fostering international academic dialogue and exploring avenues for future collaboration with institutions worldwide.
